Om Meditation: Om is a powerful sound that is meant to instill humility, peace, well-being, and happiness.Om is short word but it vibrates through the body, livening up each chakra. It is the sound that invigorates the Third Eye and Crown chakras, both of which connect us with the divine.Once you begin chanting Om, keep the feeling and meaning of the sound in your heart at all times. And as you do so, feel free, pure, and aware of yourself. Let your body vibrate with these ideas, and spread the power of Om through your hearts, bodies, and life.

Trataka Meditation:Fixing the gaze on an external object, typically a candle, image or a symbols (Yantras). It is done with the eyes open, then with the eyes closed. To train both the concentration and visualization powers of the mind.

Singing Bowl Meditation:Tibetan Singing Bowls – The ancient brain entrainment methodology for healing andmeditation. Tibetan Singing Bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. They create a range of sounds to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of diseased and out-of-harmony parts of the body, mind and soul.

Sound Meditation (Nada Yoga):Start with meditation on “external sounds” such as calming ambient music. As time goes by, the practice evolves to hearing the ‘internal sounds” of the body and mind. The ultimate goal is to hear the “ultimate sound” (para nada), which is a sound without vibration, and that manifests as “Om”.
